As an attorney mediator, I don't represent either side, but I am able to provide clients with all the information that they need to reach a comprehensive agreement. I have a strong mental health back round from my previous career as a social worker so I am able to work together with parents to identify and address ongoing parenting and scheduling concerns and then I draft all the required documents needed to be filed with the court.
Mediation is much more affordable than litigation, especially when litigation becomes more contentious. Instead of each party paying a large retainer to each of their respective attorneys, you only need to pay my hourly fee at the end of each session. There is no need for a retainer fee.
